InPower is
the only manufacturer who serves the market with smart digital gate drive
units for comprehensive protection of your high voltage IGBT application.
All characteristic curves and SOAs (safe operating areas) of the specific
insulated gate transistor is programmed in the software of the driver device
before it will be delivered to you. In case of any chance of the IGBT manufactuer
or his IGBT model the same driver board can still be used - only the software
has to be adapted to the parameters of the new device.

Fast solutions can be realized with InPower driver boards also in case
that changes in the driver characteristics has to be made: Load the altered

WEPOWER started in year 2010 with their own IGBT driver solutions covering
the range of standart IGBTs with 600, 1200 and 1700 Volt blocking voltage.
The product portfolio gets extended continously since that time. In contrast
to the InPower drivers those of WEPOWER are build up with analogue technology,
so the protection features are not as sophisticated as InPowers, they are
intended for typical industrial inverter applications.
