November 2013: Isahaya M57161L-01R going to be discontinued
ISAHAYA announces, that one of the longest produced gate drive ICs, the type M57161-01R enters now into the extended support phase. The production will be stopped by September 2014. Customers are asked to place their last time buy order by August 2014.
There
will be no compatible replacement type. Please order you final batch in time.
