August 2009: Evaluation board for L1 series available
Mitsubishi
has presented at PCIM fair a new evaluation board for testing the 5th generation
intelligent power
modules (IPMs) L1 and S1 series. Those evaluation boards type EVBL1S1XX
are now available from stock.
The set contains of:
- the full populated
board including all jumpers
- a CD with technical
documentation / application handbook
- data sheet information for all available L1 and S1 modules (1200V / 600V,
full lineup)
- data sheets of the Isahaya hybrid ICs used on the board (VLA106-24154 and
3x VLA106-24151.

Please note, that the IPM module of your choice is not included to this evaluation
board set and has to be
ordered separately.
